Nick Tikhonov
Second time founder, product manager, builder and avid reader.
I was born in Russia in the 90s, and have since lived in many places across America and the United Kingdom. I speak English, Russian, German (A2) and a bit of French.
I currently live in London and work on various software consulting projects whilst freely exploring curiosities and searching for my next startup idea.
Areas of work/interest:
-
Learning theory & knowledge management: Luhmann is a self-organising personal knowledge management system which automatically links notes and ideas together using artificial intelligence to help researchers find new insights faster and accelerate the writing process.
-
Physical communities: my first startup, Little Atlas, connected thousands of people across major crypto-native communities through nearby member discovery and event planning tools (backed by Balaji Srinivasan). Origin Society is a growing network of hacker houses for startup founders in London (3 houses and counting.)
-
Developer tools: At Improbable, I built a novel game testing toolkit that helped hundreds of game developers save thousands of hours each month with streamlined workflows. I then led the development effectiveness product line, working with multiple talented teams to deliver state of the art game development tooling to our customers. At GitHub, I built the first MVP of Copilot as an intern in 2016.
